TechNerds360 will never recommend any unnecessary services. We are not going to encourage someone to get work done on a computer that is not worth the cost of replacing. Once the client okays the work for TechNerds360, our techs will begin working. Turnaround time varies by problem. However, the client will receive the time table in which our pros believe it will take after diagnosis. Unfortunately not every problem that could arise is fixable. Regardless TechNerds360 can often retrieve precious data even in the worst cases.

Computer Diagnostics

Diagnostic/Low difficulty: $40

Diagnosis of system issues and recommendations as to solutions or low difficulty labor. This fee will always be applied towards additional labor charges.

Moderate Difficulty: $75

Moderate difficulty repairs include virus removal, hard drive replacement, operating system reinstallation, and performance enhancement.

High Difficulty: $95

High difficulty repairs include severe virus removal, most laptop hinge or LCD replacements, Laptop DC jack repairs (where applicable), hard drive cloning, motherboard replacement, as well as multiple/intermittent hardware issues.

Severe Difficulty: $105

Severe difficulty repairs include more in-depth laptop hinge or LCD replacement, specialized hardware or software service, partial system rebuilds.

The difficulty level will always be determined by the servicing technician based on repair complexity and time spent.

Installation

Installation: $30

Installation and testing of hardware or software (with no further diagnostics or repairs).
